The Claims Process:

Once you select an insurance carrier and purchase the coverage along with your initial paperwork, you will receive a claims phone number for each insurance carrier.  These are the numbers you call when you have a claim to process. 

By reporting the incident when it occurs, it allows your insurance claims department to begin the process of handling the situation in a timely, professional manner to get you back on the road.  It also lets them set up and negotiate on your behalf for the claims that you or your representative feel are not your fault.
